Water treatment hose reels
The water treatment (WTR) series of hose reels developed by Recoila are designed for the water treatment industry. They offer a narrow side mount and small footprint base mount design. The reels are supplied with and without hose and fittings in a choice of finishes or colours.
They are manufactured in heavy-duty steel for continued and repeated use and finished in either hot dip galvanising or a zinc-rich primer and powder coat. It makes these reels suited to the water treatment facilities.
The WTR series is also available in jade green, conforming to the WSA201 standard for surface finishings. It offers good reach and coverage around the facility with a capacity of up to 40m x 19mm hose ID.
The hose reels reduce accidents and, therefore, compensation expenses. Trips and falls are common in even the most strictly regulated environments. Hoses and cords can also carry a potential risk of ergonomic injury if heavy, awkward hoses need to be moved. Hose leakage can also cause slip hazards.
The WTR series for water treatment is designed for improved productivity and increased life expectancy. The Australian-made design ensures reliable and cost-effective hose management.
