South East Water welcomes Elizabeth Holley to its executive leadership team as its new General Manager of People, Safety, and Governance.

South East Water welcomes Elizabeth Holley to its executive leadership team as its new General Manager of People, Safety, and Governance.

Holley is a proven strategic leader who has held executive positions in a range of ASX-listed health, not-for-profit, and government organisations.

Before joining South East Water, Holley was Executive Director of People, Workplace Safety, and Wellbeing with Peninsula Health. There, she was responsible for building organizational capability in leadership, change management, diversity and equity, safety and wellbeing, and employee attraction and retention strategies.

Her former roles include Projects Director / Interim Director of Metabolics Services with Melbourne Health, Executive Director of People and Culture with South West Healthcare, and Executive Director of People, Culture, Media and Communications at Fire Rescue Victoria (formerly Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board).

South East Water Managing Director Lara Olsen is delighted with Ms Holley’s appointment to the organisation’s executive leadership team.

“As an experienced executive leader, Holley brings the right skills and experience to help deliver the organisation’s 2028 strategy focused on customers, communities, people and environment while innovating purposefully and acting with care. Holley’s role at South East Water will involve overseeing people operations, safety and wellbeing, and the organisation’s risk, legal, and governance functions.
