AMS Instrumentation & Calibration has introduced the Bronkhorst mini CORI-FLOW mass flow meter, a compact, high-accuracy device designed for measuring ultra-low flows across industrial and laboratory environments.
Designed to meet the needs of the low-flow market, the mini CORI-FLOW range comprises three models that overlap in flow capacities, ranging from 5 grams per hour to 30 kilograms per hour. The instrument’s multi-range capability allows users to rescale factory-calibrated ranges while maintaining the same accuracy, reducing the number of instruments required and lowering operational costs.
The unit’s IP65-rated housing offers robust weatherproof protection, and optional ATEX certification allows safe operation in Zone 2 hazardous areas. Its compact build makes it suitable for tight installations where precision and reliability are essential.

Accurate, fast and bi-directional measurement
Each mini CORI-FLOW meter uses a single-loop sensor tube within an oscillating system. As fluid passes through, Coriolis forces create a phase shift that is measured and converted into a mass flow signal proportional to the real flow rate. This technique provides inherently bi-directional, chemical-free measurement with fast response times and secondary outputs for density and temperature.
When used for liquid applications, the mini CORI-FLOW achieves a mass flow accuracy better than ±0.2 per cent of the reading. Fully metal-sealed meters and controllers, featuring high-performance Kalrez valve seats, ensure a long service life in demanding operating environments.
