Eco Detection has appointed Daniel Lambert AM to its board as Executive Chair.
Lambert brings more than two decades of executive leadership in Australia’s water sector.
He has held senior roles with Arup, Suez and WaterStart Australia, and has delivered water resilience and desalination projects in more than 25 countries.
Eco Detection said Lambert’s appointment reflects the company’s next phase of growth.
What experience does Lambert bring?
Lambert is recognised across the water industry for his work in innovation, partnerships and sustainable water solutions.
He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in the 2025 King’s Birthday Honours for significant service to engineering and the water sector.
Lambert said Eco Detection’s technology attracted him to the company.
“Eco Detection’s ability to understand water and take action is second to none in the market, and that’s what attracted me to the company. As our cities grow, and our water needs increase, technology will play an increasingly critical role,” Lambert said.
