19,000L Steel tank to suit cab chassis.Tank features as follows: Low profile tank design
for low centre of gravity enhancing vehicle stability. 3x 5mm crossway tank baffle walls
to minimize front and rear water surge.1x 5mm longitudinal baffle wall full length of tank
to minimize sideways water surge. Splash rim integrated all around at the top of tank.
Water level sight gauges fitted into front and rear of tank. All tank surfaces are hot dip
galvanised for corrosion protection. The exterior of the tank is top coated white with a
two-pack topcoat paint system to match the truck cab. Tank to be mounted on to the
customers vehicle via a flexible mounting system using spring loaded mounts either side
of the body front and rear to allow for chassis flex.3D CAD design and Trailer WIN used
to ensure tank strength and axle weight distribution is perfectly balanced. Heavy-duty
mudguards and white rubber mud flaps fitted over drive group
All sprays to be air over air actuated. Air switch bank mounted in a control box for in cab
operation
Water pump pressure relief valve fitted to allow continuous safe operation of the water
pump even when all sprays are off thus preventing damage to water pump seal due to
heat build up and pump cavitation
